1. Who we are

FanLuma Ltd ("FanLuma", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in England and Wales. These Terms govern your use of fanluma.com and any related mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility — 18+ only

FanLuma is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that viewing adult content is legal in your country or jurisdiction. We use age verification measures including date-of-birth collection and government-ID verification for creators. If we discover you are under 18, your account will be immediately terminated and any data deleted.

3. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• One account per person. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Creator accounts

Creator accounts are subject to the following additional requirements:

• Identity verification: You must submit government-issued ID and pass our identity verification review before you can publish content or go live. See our Content Standards.
• Age records (UK law / 18 U.S.C. § 2257): You must maintain valid age verification records for all performers depicted in your content. See our § 2257 Compliance Statement.
• Consent: You warrant that all persons depicted in your content have given their informed, explicit, and freely given consent to appear in that content and to its distribution on an adult content platform.
• Ownership: You warrant that you own or have all necessary licences and rights to upload and distribute the content you post.
• Platform subscription: Creator accounts require an active monthly subscription of £10/month (or local equivalent). A 30-day free trial is available with no card required.

5. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited on FanLuma and will result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, referral to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

  Any content that sexualises, exploits, or depicts a person under 18 years of age in a sexual context. This includes computer-generated or AI-created imagery that depicts minors sexually. Absolute prohibition under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and the Protection of Children Act 1978.

• Extreme pornography

  Content depicting: acts that threaten a person's life; acts that result in or appear to result in serious injury to a person's anus, breasts, or genitals; acts involving sexual interference with a human corpse; or sexual acts with an animal. Prohibited under the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008, s.63.

• Obscene content

  Content that, taken as a whole, tends to deprave and corrupt persons who are likely to read, see, or hear it. Prohibited under the Obscene Publications Act 1959.

• Non-consensual content (NCII)

  Images or videos depicting real people in a sexual context without their consent, including 'revenge porn'. Prohibited under the Online Safety Act 2023 and the Revenge Pornography provisions.

• Deepfakes without consent

  AI-generated or manipulated sexual imagery of a real person without their explicit consent.

• Content involving violence

  Glorification or incitement of violence, including sexual violence.

• Trafficking and exploitation

  Content that facilitates, promotes, or is associated with human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or modern slavery.

• Illegal weapons or drugs

  Content promoting, selling, or instructing on illegal firearms, drugs, or other prohibited items.

• Hate speech

  Content that threatens, harasses, or incites hatred against persons based on a protected characteristic.

• Harassment and doxxing

  Content designed to harass, intimidate, or publicly expose the private information of any person.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in content you upload. By uploading content you grant FanLuma a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver that content to authorised subscribers as part of the Platform service. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

FanLuma's own brand assets, software, and platform design are protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written consent.

8. Notice and takedown (NTD)

To report content that infringes your copyright or violates these Terms, email legal@fanluma.com with:

1. A description of the content you wish to have removed and its URL.
2. Your name, address, and contact details.
3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review valid notices promptly and take appropriate action. For DMCA counter-notices, see our DMCA Policy.

To report non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or CSAM, contact us at compliance@fanluma.com immediately. We will expedite such reports.

9. Platform rights

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice:

• Remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Suspend or terminate any account.
• Modify or discontinue any feature or the Platform itself.
• Report illegal content to law enforcement, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), or NCMEC.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, FanLuma's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of FanLuma after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
