Filing a takedown notice

To submit a DMCA takedown request, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act

Counter-notification

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. We will reinstate content if we do not receive notice of legal action within 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringers

FanLuma, Inc. will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
