Records custodian

All content uploaded to FanLuma is uploaded by independent third-party creators ("Operators" as defined under 28 C.F.R. Part 75). FanLuma, Inc. is the Secondary Producer of all user-generated content hosted on this platform and is not the Primary Producer of any such content. Each creator who uploads content to this platform is the Primary Producer of their own content and is solely responsible for maintaining the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Records inspection

Age verification records for all content produced by creators on this platform are maintained by the respective creators at their business addresses, or are available for inspection at the following address during normal business hours:

Creator obligations

By uploading content to FanLuma, each creator warrants and represents that:

• All performers depicted in any content are 18 years of age or older
• The creator possesses valid government-issued ID documentation for all performers
• Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained and available for inspection
• The creator will immediately remove any content upon valid notice that it depicts a minor

To report content that may depict a minor, contact us immediately at compliance@fanluma.com or call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) at 1-800-843-5678 or cybertipline.org.

Exemption statement

With respect to content that does not depict sexually explicit conduct as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2), or is not sold, traded, or commercially distributed, FanLuma, Inc. relies on the exemptions provided by 28 C.F.R. § 75.6.
